NYSE Dow closed down

NYSE Dow closed down more than 3% last night (9 November) after the Italian government bond yields rose above 7%, which signals that Italy is a huge debt burden. Italy may be forced to seek financial assistance from the outside as well as Greece. This will pull the brace of the euro zone economy into recession in coming months.
Dow Jones Industrial Average index fell 389.24 points, or 3.20% to close at 11,780.94 points, S & P 500 index fell 46.82 points, or 3.67% to close at 1229.10 points and the Nasdaq index down 105.84 points, or 3.88% to close at 2621.65 points.
- New York crude oil contract closed last night (Nov 9), as investors worry that Italy may be faced with an event of default. After the Italian government bond yields rose sharply, however, crude prices were not too much. The market has been driven during the day after the U.S. government's Energy Information Administration said. Stock of crude oil fell more than expected in around a week ago.
Oil NYMEX (New York Mercantile Exchange) for December.'s. Loss of $ 1.06, or 1.09% to close at 95.74 dollars / barrel. After moving in a range from 97.84 to 94.55 dollars.
